Benefits of Working at LCCU
Lacamas Community Credit Union values our employees, and we strive to ensure the compensation and benefits package we offer is comprehensive and competitive. We believe that our benefit offerings are an important piece of our employees' total compensation.
Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Long-Term Disability
Health, dental, vision, alternative care, short and long-term disability, and
life insurances are available through HealthNet, Metlife, VSP and Lincoln Financial Group to eligible employees. Employee coverage is 100% company-paid; and the Credit Union covers
15% of premiums for dependent medical, vision, and dental coverage (available first of the month following ninety (90) days of continuous employment).
401(K) Program
Eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) program on the first of the month following ninety (90) days of continuous employment. The Credit Union matches the first 5% of employee contributions and may also contribute up to another 4% as a profit sharing bonus.
Training & Development/Education Assistance
Our comprehensive training & development program helps our employees grow both in their current positions and professional careers. Our education assistance program provides reimbursement of tuition expenses on approved coursework. It is available to both full- and part-time employees working at least 25 hours per week.
Time Off & Protection Benefits
Lacamas Community Credit Union offers a number of time off and protection benefits. Credit Union-paid holidays typically include 9 days per year.
Vacation time, sick leave, jury duty and bereavement leave are also available for full-time & part-time employees.
Incentive Programs
Qualified employees are eligible for monthly incentives in regards to consumer loans, loan protection product sales, and MFS and Mortgage Department referrals. In addition, our annual bonus program provides for up to
5% of the employee's annual base wages if all the CU's goals are accomplished (subject to date of hire and other requirements determined annually).
