Service Officer
Lacamas Community Credit Union is seeking a
solution-oriented individual committed to developing strong relationships
with our members. The ideal candidate will be able to cross-sell
products and services, open new accounts, conduct loan interviews, process
loan documents, and close & fund loans. If you are self-motivated and

Essential Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Provides information on all credit union
products/services including rate quotes and blue book prices
- Opens savings, checking, certificates, money markets,
IRAs, and any other deposit products offered by the credit union
- Makes credit decisions within authority levels
- Packages all loans by actively pursuing cross-sales
opportunities, including GAP, MBP, Credit Life and Disability as well as
referrals for MFN and Real Estate and closes the sale
- Processes loans ensuring accuracy on members’
accounts and proper documentation is in place that may include
collateral lien follow-up
- Actively develops additional sales from current
portfolio of members
- Completes, processes, and interprets reports related
to credit union products as directed
Qualifications
Include:

High
school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum one to two
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience

Two years
financial institution experience
-
Two or
more years underwriting experience in consumer lending
-
Home
equity and business underwriting experience desired
-
Cash
handling experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
