Staff Development Specialist

 

Lacamas Community Credit Union is looking for a talented and motivated Staff Development Specialist responsible for the analysis of training needs, development and implementation of training courses and programs, and evaluation of overall training effectiveness to strategic business objectives.

Three years of related experience in a financial institution and specialized training or education in adult learning and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.  The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze organizational and workforce development needs, establish and enhance related programs and resources, as well as track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in achieving our organization’s strategic goals. 

We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints and manage shifting priorities.  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.  If you have excellent presentation abilities, leadership skills, and experience in developing, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating training programs, we want to talk with you!
