  • Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Long-Term Disability
    Health, dental, vision, alternative care, short and long-term disability, and life insurances are available through Kaiser Permanente/First Health Network, MetLife Dental, VSP and Mutual of Omaha to eligible employees. Coverage is available first of the month following ninety (90) days of continuous employment.
  • 401(K) Program
    Eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) program on the first of the month following one year of continuous employment. The Credit Union matches the first 5% of employee contributions and may also contribute up to another 4% as a discretionary profit sharing bonus.
  • Training & Development
    Our comprehensive training & development program helps our employees grow both in their current positions and professional careers.
  • Time Off & Protection Benefits
    Lacamas Community Credit Union offers a number of time off and protection benefits. Credit Union-paid holidays typically include 9 days per year. Vacation time, sick leave, jury duty and bereavement leave are also available for full-time & part-time employees.
  • Incentive Programs
    Qualified employees are eligible for a robust monthly incentives program. In addition, our annual bonus program provides for a percentage of eligible employees’ annual base wages if all the CU’s goals are accomplished (subject to date of hire and other requirements determined annually).
